If you've bought a license from our webshop: You will receive a mail with your license key. Register an account at admin.getmeetio.com and register your license key under “License management”.
To see your licenses and their validity information at any time, just login to your Meetio Admin account and navigate to “License management”.
If you have bought a hardware bundle: Your license is already allocated to your serial number and you don't have to do anything except register your device at admin.getmeetio.com.

The tablet bundled with Meetio Room in the 10” bundle does not have a battery to “remember” the time.
The time and date is as a standard in Android fetched by NTP (port 123) from 2.android.pool.ntp.org. In some cases, this traffic is blocked in the firewall, resulting in the tablet not being able to fetch time after a boot.
There are three proposed solutions to the problem.
You can configure an unlimited number of rooms in Meetio View. However, the grid view show a maximum of 15 rooms, which can be filtered (show only or a combination of free, soon free or occupied rooms).
Yes, however, to get the most out of your meeting rooms and actually increase efficiency it’s highly recommended to use Meetio Room in conjunction with Meetio Book!
