Change of Contracting Party
Pursuant to the assignment/transfer provisions of the terms and conditions for Meetio offerings, Meetio customers are hereby notified that with effect from end of day on the 30th September 2024, all of your Meetio offerings, contracts and services are assigned/transferred in full to a Logitech entity* and will be delivered by that Logitech entity* in place of Meetio AB from that date.
* "Logitech Entity" refers to (i) Logitech Inc. if Customer's registered place of business is in North America; (ii) by Logitech Europe S.A. if Customer's registered place of business is in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East. or Africa); (iii) by Logitech Asia Pacific Ltd if Customer's registered place of business is in Asia-Pacific (except Japan), (iv) by Logicool Co. Ltd if Customer's registered place of business is in Japan; or (v) such other Logitech entity as may be notified to the customer.
New Logitech Room Booking Offering and End of Life for Meetio Offerings
Meetio and Logitech hereby notify Meetio customers of the upcoming end of life for all Meetio offerings with effect from 1st September 2025. From that date, Meetio services and support for Meetio offerings will no longer be available, any further security updates and releases for the Meetio offerings will cease and the Meetio admin portal will be discontinued. This end of life announcement extends to all Meetio products and offerings irrespective of date of purchase, service or subscription period or license duration.
The corresponding functionality of Meetio Room Booking is now available in a successor Logitech offering through Essential or Select Level Logitech Services. Customers with unexpired service periods for their Meetio offering may be entitled to a subscription period for Logitech's Room Booking solution and Logitech will notify you if this is the case. Please contact roombooking@logitech.com for more details of how to prepare for a migration to the Logitech Room Booking offering in Logitech Essential or Select Services.
