Reverse desk hoteling

With reverse desk hoteling, or reversed hot desking, people can reserve desks that are normally occupied by others, but for some reason are not using them. If the habitant of one desk is out of office for a period of time, someone else can use the desk in the meantime. Our tip is to find out when the person with the nicest desk has vacation so you can be the first to snatch it.
