What is it and how does it work?

The Meetio onboarding process is divided into 3 steps.

1. Start up meeting

After receiving your Meetio products you want everything to be up and running as soon as possible, right? That's why our product experts will have a start up meeting* with you.

You'll get a thorough introduction to our central administration portal, Meetio Admin, and learn how to configure your company's rooms, devices and user accounts. They will also show you different features and how to use them.

*All meetings during the onboarding process are web meetings.

2. Weekly status meetings

After the start up meeting you'll follow up with our experts on a weekly basis during three weeks. In these meetings you'll:

  • Discuss how everything has been going
  • Look at your room usage statistics
  • Verify that all settings are correct and supports your way of working
  • Add and adjust features
  • Get answers to your questions

3. Completion

The final step is a completion meeting that takes place 1,5 to 2 months after the onboarding is initiated. In this meeting you'll dive in to statistics of how your rooms and resources have been used so far and evaluate your ROI. You'll also get further advice on how to tweak and optimize your room utilization. Pretty awesome! Of course we're here for you even after the onboarding is over.
